The Strategic Growth Program for Female founders/women-led businesses will help you grow your business to the next level.

Spanning 2 years the program leads the entrepreneurs from where they are, to where they want to be.

This path will be carefully analysed, planned and implemented with the help and support of skilled facilitators & mentors and  critically supported by a peer network of like-minded ambitious, women on a similar path.

Phase 1

April 2023 – July 2023 (1-2 days per month in-person)

• Interactive workshops on the phases of Strategic Planning

• 1-2-1 Consulting with experts in strategic planning, Marketing, Finance & Funding

• Peer to Peer support sessions

Phase 2

Implementation Session

(18 Months)July 2023 – December 2024

1 morning per month on Zoom and/or in-person

• Having created a clear plan for growth, the peer-to-peer meetings will keep you on track, help you deal with the problems that arise and keep you motivated.
